I purchased an ATV a few years ago. I financed it through cub cadet credit (issued by TD Bank) I paid my balance off in April of 2017! TD Bank never sent a lien release letter to the State of PA! The State won't send me a Title. They say TD Bank has a lien on the title. I call TD Bank and they tell me they have no record of me. I gave them my acct# and info and I get no where. I am trying to talk to a supervisor, but now when I call I am constant hold. Twice today over an hour. Before I gave up.
TD Bank is really crooked!!!! This has to be one of the worst banks ever!!!! They allow money to be taken even when there’s no money there, causing acct to be overdrawn. We had my son’s acct set up to not allow that to happen but they still allow it when it’s ***, *******, or whatever automatic debit...but that’s not right. Terrible. I got the TD bank account through ******* financing and it is a big scam. I was charged late fee eventhough i setup automatic payment 14 days before the due date. And they are claiming that the first payment should be manually done and not through automatic payment. Trying innovative ways to cheat customers of their money. Will never have any business with TD bank.
$95 was withdrawn from my account by the bank. For a year they have been unable to answer who, what, when, where and why. Managers refuse to return phone calls. The money is still missing though I did not withdraw it. In fact the account has never had a withdrawal.
Scammers, illegal practices, intimidation liars, crooks, untrustworthy, unethical, corrupt needs to be investigated.
There was an issue with my debit card. I called into customer service, gave them ALL of the information that they asked for but they declined to help and denied me access due to some antiquated voice print system not identifying my voice on the call. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was transferred to one named Jennifer who repeatedly lied and stated that there were no managers in customer service. None. I've tried to contact TD bank to have someone assist me with paying off the balance on my account without putting myself into a bigger whole financially, however, every time I call it's a joke. I opened an account a few years ago with a $2500 deposit with the intention of transferring funds between Canada and the US without fees (not counting exchange rate, of course).
