Absolutely terrible, Everything came late, so I couldn't setup my account to pay in time, then I was charged a late fee immediately. I paid the balance on my account due to the shady nature of this bank, and they didn't close my account, then charged me late fees on a balance that came out of no where. I can't even log into their terrible online system. I have been on hold for 2h+ and counting, trying to close this account. Keep away!!!!!!!

I opened an account in 2018 and have been having issues after 10/16/2019. After a successful deposit of a check on 10/16/2019 and printed receipt, I got a letter three days later stating that the check was "fictitious" and that $15 dollars would have to be taken out my account. The previous balance before the check was over the minimum amount to keep the account open, so I'm not sure how they would be stating that there would be an overdraft fee. They cut there hours to close early at 4:00 pm even though only their drive through is open ! They are using Covid-19 as an excuse to save money by cutting their hours and it is causing massive wait times at their locations ! Stop with this non sense and serve your customers better with normal hours or i will be switching banks and taking my business elsewhere ! Dont use Covid-19 as an excuse when your lobby is closed and only have drive though open !!!!!

TD Bank extended an offer for a 0% balance transfer offer to me in February. Upon submitting my information I was approved. The card never arrived. Neither did a statement. Upon calling TD I was told they had sent the card to the wrong address and it was returned. They refused to send me another card because I couldn't provide them with the account number--because the account number was on the card they incorrectly sent me. My account was closed 04/2020 due to fraudulent activity that TD never helped me to resolve. I had money refunded to this account from a vacation that had to be cx’d due to covid ($986) and when I called June 8th to ask if the acct received monies they said no and that it wouldnt because the acct was closed since 4/2020. The refund would be sent back to sender. That was a lie. They charged me late fee of $38 for a short payment of 8 cents. I will not recommend this bank to anyone. This was on Samsung financing.

Four HOURS -- four hours on hold, Day One. Currently on 1.11 hrs. Customer service is terrible. Finally got our bill in the mail months after purchasing product...they charged us full interest and a late fee on. the. first. bill. Spoke to someone 15 mins in, and she told me I could pay "normal" balance without fees. Transferred me over, and that's when I waited FOUR hours, and they CUT ME OFF at 5:30 p.m. Unbelievable. Still unresolved.

AMERICA'S WORST BANK! AMERICA'S SLOWEST BANK! AMERICA'S MOST UNTRUSTWORTHY BANK! I bought something from *********** on June 15, 2020, I was charge $492.88. Once again, TD Bank is NOT as advertised: "TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®" The previous two times, online bill pay is misleading, confusing, and takes 30 days to transact. This time, with final payment, there is neither the edit nor delete link available to close out bill pay. We intend to followup this review with a BBB complaint. It looks like we are not alone.
