******** ihas been billing my erroneously since May and refuses to explain their calculations i have called, contacted them online, filled out dispute letter and written to President, to no avail. I am 78 years old and this is Elder Abuse, bank fraud and theft of my personal property. Please contact me to resolve my case. They don't care.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. I opened this account last Thursday, and by Friday morning, it was locked. The fraud department has no procedure for covid-19 times. They require you to go into the branch to erase the fraud alert on your account- that the fraud department put there for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. This is RIDICULOUS. To not have another procedure in place during these astronomical times is INSANE. TD America is definitely NOT America's most convenient bank. It's pure BS. I have NEVER had such AWFUL experience with a bank. I am still on the phone and have been on hold for almost an hour now, every time someone answers they transfer me. All I need is the last two copies of my mortgage statements so I can close on a home. I have never been able to have online access. My complaints: (1) Your customer service SUCKS! How dare you treat people who are in need of something so minor like %%%%%% to the point you leave them on hold for an HOUR and then continue to transfer them. Your customer service i... read more

Hi, i am a small business owner and I have a business account with *******. We sell lunchboxes and this is generally our peak season but with todays climate our business is suffering due to school closures. We are trying to stay afloat , however, our business operating expenses have not stopped and have been extracted from our accounts in the wee hours of the night. I have been a customer for years before it was owned by *************. Once it was bought out by TD it has gone downhill. The hours were cut substantially, the phone verification is down a lot , the fees have increased . It used to be open till 8pm now if your lucky it stays open till 5 . ( This is before Covid ) Time to research a different bank. NOT THE MOST CONVENIENT BANK.

My experience with ******* and Samsung was very negative. My personal belief is that the login website is deliberately set up in such a way as to generate late fees for the company to profit from.
