"BBB ratings are not a guarantee of a business’s reliability or performance." Boy are they right about that! Bought an item from ******* and financed through TD Bank. On my last payment, they locked me out of the account so I'd be late on the payment and charge me interest and late fees!!! Crooks! And they customer service? They just keep transferring you until you get tired. They ruined my credit score.

TD is seriously lacking in resolution of complaints. They ban customers for life from TD when the customers are the victims of fraud! Disgraceful distasteful!

I had a credit card with ally somehow I started to receive email from td bank telling me I was late on my credit card I thought it was a scammer I dint respond now I check my credit and my score went down 64 points that’s because td bank said I was past do $36 dollars and reported to the credit I contact td and I was told there was nothing they can do I paid the full amount and close the account but I will never ever do business with this bank again

I responded to an ad in Novemeber stating that if I open up a savings and checking account that I would receive a $450. I had to deposit 25k and direct depost more then 5k. I have done everything neccessary to receive that bonus and have been given the run around 5 times with phone representatives from this company. Still have not received any money. They send out misleading ads and it is unexcecptable. I will be closing my account shortly once my direct deposit is sorted out. Please do not be fulled by TD Banks games.

It makes since to change my bank. TD Bank isn't about their customers who bank with them. Their in favor of the vendors and company we the customer trust to make to purchase too. We your being Rob and report to them they later on come back and take the money from you. Yep. Because they investigated to believe the parties who fraud you.

TD Bank is clearly a Joke......! I been waiting 27 days to find out that My business cant apply for the *** loan, After all the time I wasted filling out the application for the (*** **** loan, and sending in requested documents and talking to a loan officer. The Underwriting department told the loan officer that I had to wait because I havent been a customer long enough, If you wasn’t a customer before Feb,15 2020 you have to wait until they help their other customer that have been customers before February 15, 2020. THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL! During this COVID19 pandemic, I went into a store to use my card, and it was declined. I asked them to key it in because I never had a problem with this card. They tried again, and said it was declined. Thank goodness I had another card, or I would have been unable to get food. I thought it was their machine. Then I went to supermarket, waited outside for 1/2 hour to get in. Got to counter and they said card was declined. Again, thank goodness I had another card or i would not have any food to eat. Absolute worst bank. I am so sorry I recently joined this bank. With all the delays in business during this covid 19 time, TD is hands down the worst. It is impossible to reset my password, and unless you have 3 or 4 hours to spare, forget about calling them. It is clear that they put no effort into their online banking except a fancy website.
