I was sent a letter saying my contact information changed, only problem, I don't have an account with TD Bank. Customer service over the phone would not help me, they only gave me one option to go to a bank in person. Where I was told it was a mistake and I never should've received the letter. It is a huge mistake in my mind because my data is vulnerable after experian breach. An apology is not enough, they need to figure out why I received that letter and not let it happen again.
I am very displeases with this bank that is my bank I called the 1800 customer service on regard of a withdrawal of $255.36 which it was a provisional credit from the bank until a dispute was solve from a previous issue with my cable company which it was ok for me to pay. I used the app to deposit my paycheck when did deposit i get msg that it will be available next business day if holiday it will add day I wait for day.my money was not available I called customer care they said it will be available after 7 days .I don’t get it why they give me msg that it will be available next business day.
I got a gift card as a gift with an expiration date 02/22 so I saved it for a special occasion. However, when I decided to used it the balance was reduced by over $100. The was no notice on the front of the gift card stating this Monthly $2.50 fee. I thought it was illegal in NJ to charge a fee & how can billionaire companies rob hard working people is beyond me. I called the customer service # on the back of the card & the rep was so rude! It’s just amazing that companies are allowed to do this in NJ!
I work at a car dealership and need to contact them for a no interest letter that I can only get for them. I was on hold for 2 hours yesterday and my co worker has been on hold almost 3 HOURS!!!!! This is ridiculous, for this reason alone I would NEVER get a loan with TD Auto Finance.
The worst bank and customer service ever, everything is red tape or a call hold. Absolutely the worst banking experience ever
I had the most secure passoword and operating sytem and yet scammers broke into my account depsited an account and withdrew the money i had in the account as a front of the check and then push comes to shuff the td team. Was on my side and then in a matter of hours they were calling the the culprit. Sayin i was responsible for the money lost and it was my fault. And the proceeded to kick me out because they had no more bad mouthing to do.
TD BANK is absolutely the worst financial experience that I have ever dealt with. I’m new to td bank and what I’m experiencing right now is not fun.. the checks I’ve been depositing into my bank account takes over a week to process so I’ve been missing work because I haven’t had any money to take the train...
