On October 27, 2020 around 10:15a.m., I was trying to conduct my business with a bank specialist named ********. He and his colleagues was giving me difficulties whiles' I was waiting to be served. Also, I asked him if he could mail two letters for me and he hasn't. My checking account has been fraudulent since October of last year. Retail card was opened in my name. This was an unauthorized charge, but ******* will not respond to my faxes, emails, or phone calls. I was on hold for 5 hours one time waiting to submit a dispute via phone. ** Retail ************* also reported this fraudulent account as delinquent so my credit has taken a massive hit.

For an auto loan, ** agreed to finance $13,000 for an additional $13,000, making the overall loan $26,000- with no way to payoff at a lesser sum. Being that I was desperate for a car due to new location, I signed the contract. One month later ***** hit and I lost my job for three months. I have barely been able to make payments. This **** just caused me to get a higher interest rate on a car loan because they changed my balance from 10,000 to 1,000.000 and didnt even send me a letter For their mistakes. When I called was told it was a software problem and it will change on My Credit report soon, I really upset with this bank and will not do business with them again.

Filed a fraud claim twice about ****** digital charges that were made on my account. They denied it twice. I called up ****** and within 5 minutes were able to confirm I did not make the charges. ******** fraud department. Also had the account less than a year and I've been through 4 debit cards. Never had this problem until i switched to **. The first day I opened the account, I didn't even use my debit card someone had gotten the card information. Right there should of been a sign to never deal with **."

We have been ******* customers for 20+ years. We were victims of a Scam/Fraud that involved using our bank accounts to send money via Zelle - that the scammer told us was a "code" to help establish our location because of a compromised ***** ID. The code was actually money that was deducted from our account. They used a downloaded app to our phones to see what app was there and they saw ******* & ***********. Stay away from *******. WARNING. Stay away from *******. Trying to prevent you from getting what little money you have. Your money will get taken away through surprise fees and situations that make no sense.....even when your a good long time customer. After being with this bank for yeaaars, never messing up....this is what a loyal customer gets treated. Pandemic hits, covid catastrophe. If I could give this bank that I have been with for six years zero full of review I would do not believe the customer service ad that they put out on the TV that is false their customer service is so horrible to the point where I had to call numerous of times to get my funds do not bank at this bank their false narrative of customer service is a hoax
