TD Bank manages the Target credit cards. During this time of ***** when most organizations are being flexible, implementing late payment forgiveness and not reporting to credit bureaus, ** is doing the opposite. During this stressful and difficult time while dealing with hardships associated with ***** I missed one payment. These people are crooked with they way they do fees and closing accounts. They like to charge a "maintenance fee" monthly when you stay above the minimal balance. Then, when you call to fight the charges they do not give you your money back instead they fight you on the way their system works. That is where all the blame gets deflected and nothing gets done until the next month when I have to call again to restore the not necessary "maintenance fee". I received a call today from TD Bank fraud department explaining that someone in another state has used my card. In a attempt to prevent the fraud from happening the rep advised a new card would be sent out priority and also sent me a email from ** verifying a new card will be sent. In an additional effort he was trying to sign me up for mobile alerts however my newborn started to cry, and I explained I will sign up when I receive the card. **** affiliated with ** is one of the most incompetent banks to deal with. This credit card is a joke! My supplementary card holder is waiting 6 months to set up the ***. Tried to register 3 times now for online access and was told by **** agent there are system glitches!! What type of organization is this! Very disappointing and frustrating!

This complaint is for TD Bank-*********** Financing Acct# *******************I ordered a ******* machine on January 3, 2021. On January 30,2021 ******* sent an email that there was issues delivering the machine. (What happened is they oversold on stock they didnt have) I remained in contact with them. I inquired about the sign up bonus offer that was mailed to me in September 2020. I went to the TD bank near me to ask them about it and the clerk had said that I was eligible and proceeded. Turns out that I was not eligible and wasted my time and effort to set up a new account to attempt to get the bonus offer. Overall I am unhappy with TD Bank because this isn't the first time they have not done their job correctly. Another time, they spelled my name wrong when I opened a security box. "

I reported fraud on my account for tons of unauthorized transactions on my card when it got lost in ********* and the scammers took everything out of my bank account. TD bank took 5 business days to deny the claims without doing the proper investigation while the customer service rep who took my information was untrained and didnt do her job properly not correctly filing that I lost my card and didnt get my right phone number. I am very disappointed in TD banks system for charging people ridiculous amounts of money in over draft fees for the smallest over draft amounts. I never mean for my account to overdraft and obviously times are hard right now with the coronavirus pandemic and people being out of work. ** showed now sympathy for taking $175 in overdraft fees from my account in a single day. Ive been attempting the obtain a lien release letter or title on a paid off auto loan.Ive been given a run around for months. Letter which was finally received has the vin misspelled so Im at dmv right now, waisted 2 hours on a phone with ******** who needs 2-3 business days to correct their own error. That means an other month to wait for dmv and title. Customer service is ridiculous it takes 30 min to get connected just to be transferred or given a run around. No accountability what so ever.
