I have been a TD bank customer for years had checking, saving and credit card with the. I got an alert from my credit that there was a closed account on my Credit card. I called and they stated i haven't used my card in a while so they closed it. This Credit Card was one of my longest cards i have that helped my credit. Now my credit is in bad shape due to TD shutting my card for no reason. They even declined me for a new card because the length of time with cards. Well thank you TD. I have been trying to refinance two investment loans I have with TD Bank. It has taken just about a full year to complete this process. It has been a painfully slow process where I have lost money, time, reductions in my credit score because of the multiple credit score inquiries.

Bank literally charges after you overdraft by more than $5 and will allow it to accumulate instead of denying charges. Exceptionally hard to reverse late fees.

They ruined my credit after I requested an extension that the approved and 6 months later said they made a mistake that didn't qualify which caused my credit score to drop from 751 to ******************************************************** late fees ol be paying the truck off this week so now I'm stuck with a low credit score

I have had an ongoing issue with this bank since February 2021 in which my account was hacked and $900 was removed the bank refuses to acknowledge that I did not authorize these withdrawals and only refunded me $450 after I filed a complaint with the consumer finance protection bureau. I would never ever recommend this bank to anyone. Their customer service is horrible they do not listen to you and they do not give the customer the benefit of the doubt. I do not bank with ********************** (thank ****), but about a month ago I received an account statement in the mail for a ********************** Account in my maiden name. I called ********************** at their 800 number to have the account closed. I learned from that phone call that there were actually two accounts, but was assured that since they were fraudulent, they were not active. I followed up by calling the *** and filing a report. I went to TD Bank on ********** with a serious issue I had regarding a Power of Attorney situation. The manager **** was on lunch so I dealt with another gentleman, I didn't get his name. When I told this gentleman my serious concerns on what was going on he refused to help me than called the person I was concerned about and told him that I was there trying to do this.
