Td bank associates are rude and obnoxious and doesn't care about customers. Ive been a customer for 24 days and have been treated bad by 4 customer service representative which includes supervisor ******** she pretty much said i could close my account it doesn't bother her. To this day i haven't received a bank card and no one can explain but i have 3 check books ?? no one have the decency to say maam im sorry ?? this is obsurd

I closed my account over 1 1/2 years ago, all of a sudden I received a ****. AAA billed my closed credit card, How can someone charge a closed account.When I tried to pay the **** they would not take my bank debit card, they said it had to be a bank check. They said you can go to a local branch and pay using a debit card, the closest branch is about 75 miles away

I am a small business owner in **************. I have been a customer of a ********************** since 2015. My closest branch was *************, since it has been closed. I was using the ************ branch in *************. So the problem started since I started using this branch, there is no welcome environment on this particular branch. I am fed up with battling with TD Bank/Jordans Furniture Credit Card. I have been going back and forth with TD for over a year since they started charging me a late fee for which they claim they never received my check payment in the mail, more than once. In all my many years of paying numerous bills, TD is the ONE and ONLY company that claims they did not receive my payment! Avoid these people like COVIT. Never use these people. They will mess your credit up. I had a card expire which made me miss a payment that wasn't 30 days delinquent. Do you know you know that drop my credit limit and messed up my credit. Never again will I ever use their services. SMFH

Enrolled in auto pay? Here, have a late fee because our system is c*** and continually fails to process the simplest of transactions. -TD Bank

TD Bank is American's most inconvenient bank with the worse customer service. Customer needs do not come first with this bank. Employees are rude and unable to solve issues. I kept getting transferred from one department to another.
