They deactivated my account and invalidated my ATM card after 6 months of inactivity (during the pandemic) and without notification. I found myself in ****** with no access to cash, and no way to reactivate my card online or on the phone. Thank heaven I wasn't travelling alone!!

TD Bank refuses to pay the $300 bonus that they routinely advertise on their website, checkingbonus.tdbank.com/digital500.html. I applied for a TD checking account using this exact URL and I followed the *************************** exactly as they were listed in the disclosures section at the bottom of this web page. The most INCONVENIENT credit card service in US!My parents were issued credit cards. The next time they made the purchase, the cards were locked for security. After calling the fraud department, they were told to go to the bank physically to verify their identities, which they did. The card couldn't be unlocked. We called the fraud department again and was told to go to the local branch again and there is nothing they could do. After explaining the frustration, the rep just told us to shut the cards. I went there 2 weeks ago, they told me I need to bring the driver license and passport to open an account. Today I took my id and passport, they said they need green card. I got 3 gift cards $50 dollar each. When went to activate them the rep **** its 0 balance, they charge inactivate fee $2.5. But I never activated . Total scam .
I tried to order a new phone from ********* website for a Black Friday deal. They sent my husband off to collections for a TARGET credit card, and they are using RAS LaVrar, LLC as their attorney, and RAS LaVrar has not been keeping up with the case or filing paperwork in a timely manner. The debt has been getting paid since February 2021, and we are now $1800 into a $2400 debt. The case has even been filed with the local courthouse. Starting as a teller and worked my way up to a Financial service rep.In the 5 years and 7 months that I worked for TD bank I never felt the type of disrespect as an employee and a customer until last year.
