TD bank refused a gift card because they say we didn't use it soon enough even though the date on the card said 06/28 that's 30 Dollars they are stealing from a Downs child

THIS A FRAUD!!!I make twice the payments for what I'm billed. In addition, I set up my payments in advance. However, it is TWICE NOW that TD Bank has cancelled my payment WITHOUT telling me, even though there is funds in the bank account, AND hit me with late fees. I PAID my bills and they cancelled them WITHOUT PERMISSION and lied on why they did so. TD Bank said I can't make any future payments online - BUT IT DID FOR the first 4 months. TD Bank has locked my Debt/ATM card because a new one is in the mail to me. There wasn't any fraudulent activity and there is a balance in the account. The lock is purely because a new one is in the mail and so they deactivated the expiration date/security code on the old one, prior to the new one being activated. This is despite their website stating, "Your current card remains active while you're waiting for the replacement." All their customer service staff are rude and ignorant. They act as if they own the bank! TD bank charges so many fees!!! While they are advertising they are peoples bank well THEY ARE NOT! Take care of your money. Do not lend it to them. Deposit your money somewhere else.
TD Bank is the worst most unprofessional bank and credit card company I have ever used! If I could, I would give them 0 stars. I had to cancel with them. They continued to send me mail and propaganda in the mail to me after I repeatedly told them to stop, three times then I cancelled my credit card with them. I recently got an TD *********** and started to set up future one-time payments through the website. I log into and notice that I have a late fee assessed on my last statement. Come to find out that any previous one-time payment requests I made prior to the most recent one had been canceled. Allowing scammers to use Zelle on their website and won't reimburse customers for scammers.
Someone hacked into my ******* account and was able to get my debit card information. They then charged ****** to my card and picked up all items in *******, *****- I have never been there and live in *************. TD stated that the charge needed to go through stating that I could only make a claim until AFTER my account was charged.
