TD Bank is the worst bank, they have no overdraft fee grace period, even when times are hard the just take your money!!

horrible customer service. I call several times and wait on the phone for 2 hours and 30 minutes and no answer. I tried to pay mi bill on line and doesn't work. No way to contact over the phone. Myonlineaccount.net doesn't work tried several times and nothing happens.

I set up reoccurring online payments through their site and they have not billed/charged me properly! I have screenshots and a confirmation email to prove it. Instead they just added a $38 late fee to my account. There is no clear email address on their website to contact customer service. I've tried 3 different numbers, but no one answers the phone! Horrible Horrible Horrible Bank. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought Furniture at ****** **** ***** in *********** ** and they set up the deferred payment program with this bank. The promotional purchases that I was under were all different. The balance I paid did not go to the promotional purchases that were expiring which I chose when I made the phone call. BEWARE this bank will freeze your money with no apparent reason, no one has contacted me on the matter, I found out because I try to use my ATM card and got declined, after several calls and over an our on the phone, I got very little information and no real solution, it’s been olmos two weeks and no letters no emails no calls, I’m descanted that a Canadian Bank can ***** US citizens the way they do, I also suspect minority discrimination, over all, this bank *****, I recommend you do business with an Amercan bank...

Garbage customer service. Called twice to have my CD account lapse after maturity but they ended up rolling over the account anyway and forced me into another contract I specifically requested against. Criminals

run run run away from this bank!!!!!! this bank is being run by a bunch of kid's. I Deposited a check in there ATM the check was read wrong, machine did not allow me to go back to cancel transaction, although they can see that it was a mistake and they have a copy or the check in there system they will not correct it. It's been a week now and still in the same place. Made 6 phone calls each 45 min. or more, speaking to supervisors and getting nowhere . this was not a small check ($5000.00 ) my advice bank elsewhere T.D. Bank... read more

Regarding YARD CARD--NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!! When the account was first set up, I had little problem getting in contact with someone--now, it's been over 4 months trying to get someone on the phone. I've tried 3 different numbers. My online account is also restricted, which is the reason for my calls in the first place. I submitted this review on the YARD CARD BBB page on 3/18/20 and, of course, no response... so I'm hoping the TD Bank addresses and resolves this, since this is who the card is issued by.
