Great service. Awesome car! Our sales person, Chad Hamlin was extremely knowledgeable about our Sonata. He gave us wonderful service, answered all our questions and made buying a new car an absolute pleasure! We will be returning to buy our next car (probably another Sonata I'm in love!) From Chad!
Promise not kept Kyle O'Barr, Internet Manager at Taylor, promised me a sight unseen appraisal on my Sonata if I gave him the VIN number and the car's manager. I gave him the information. He broke that promise the next day by informing me I would be required to bring the car to the dealership for an appraisal. this is not what I am looking for in a car dealership!

Happy Buyer The experience was a good one. Very timely and got a new car and payments were less than the one I traded in. Very pleased.
Outstand salesman We came to look and possibly trade. James Leisure listened to my issue and concerns and did everything he could to make sure I kept my family safe and warm. Even when we didn't have the best credit. He went above and beyond even after the sale. Something went wrong with the rear axel and he and the Taylor Hyundai team did everything possible so it was right. We didn't even have to change our Christmas plans.
