I had one of the worst service experiences I have in years at Taylor Hyundai of Perrysburg when I took my Sonata in for recall remediation. First, the service department rarely answers the phone, in fact I had to email them to setup on appointment, I couldn’t seem to do that by calling them. I bought a brand new car from Taylor Hyundai in Perrysburg. They are racist they go to the white people 1st in service department. They sold me a xxxx up car . They claim to run all these tested on my 2021 Hyundai venue . 1st I had a leak now the seatbelt thing going off . My mirror on my rear side came out while I was driving 3x & the tea pot came on saying my car was overheating ,8/9/2022this car not brand new. They refuse to give me another car. Called from Cincinnati and found the car I wanted, made a deal and put $1000.00 down. Drove up the next day to sign final papers and pick up my car. When I got there they decided to add an extra $3600.00 above cost because they decided cars are hard to get.
