Poor finance Sales people are good, finance needs work. They came at me with a monthly number without any backup as to how they arrived at that number. 12/27/17-I've edited my review to NOT recommend this dealer. The more I think about how finance treated me and the way the manager said "well 99% of the people we deal with are OK with our process" the more irritated I get. Happy buyer Very happy with the process. I have been a ford buyer for a long time, but I am very happy with this purchase. I was interested in the 10 year warranty or 100,000 miles. This was very important to me as my husband had just passed away and I am now alone. I felt I need the protection that was offered and I am very comfortable with was offered.
The customer service is excellent. They sold me my dream car for a great deal and even called me to check up on me and to make sure I didn't need anything!
What does this mean Good experience with the Taylor dealership. Maurice was professional and helpful. He introduced us to service department. Showed us where to bring car for service. Everyone was very welcoming. I hope the service will continue. Taylor is conveniently located for us.
not happy See previous comment section. Employee not familiar with car, did not call to find out how car was doing, kept calling regarding paperwork he failed to complete. Was not truthful regarding the car dimensions at all. Did not go over maintenance schedule, was interested in the sell, not the person purchasing the car. Left me multiple times, I got to dealership around 9am, didn’t leave until after 2pm, most of the time was spent waiting on him.
My opinion My experiences with Taylor Hyundai have always been exemplary. I have bought 3 vehicles from them. Very thorough & attentive. These guys really care for your satisfaction!
