Not well They rocked a big smile and friendly when buying vehicle. However, before getting the cash sale said anything to get it and was very dishonest:( Do not appreciate my time to be wasted. When contacting the dealership with problem to be resolved or made right I got brushed off again and again instead of making things right honoring their customer. That I feel isn't good business. They are not thorough, they lie, and you do not receive all I didn't receive paperwork for my certified warranty, nor for the loan. I didn't get the type of loan that I had asked to have. Also, the car had not been thoroughly checked as previously reported. It needs dings fixed, new wiper blades, and an oil change.

poor communication I tried to get further information about two vehicles listed on their website. I made twelve inquiries in three weeks using their website. I only received two responses. When I called the dealership, the person I asked for was not available. I was shifted to another person, who was not available and never returned my voice email. I shared my displeasure to Steve Taylor and never received a response. Poor customer service!

first time buying experience they were super helpful throughout the whole process & very understanding. Nicest group of people i’ve ever been around, they made this process fast, simple, and very easy. 13/10 recommend

Great experience of buying Absolutely love our new palisade. The purchase was very smooth, no hassle on any part of the process, easy trade in and straightforward finance. Nick was very helpful on getting the new car for us.

Terrible I purchased a used Jeep Cherokee in Jan and the engine died by April. I tried to call the salesman and service center for help, the salesman didn't return my call and the service center is just as worthless. All the Taylor dealerships are terrible, buy at your own risk

stressless Love the showroom. Everyone was friendly, but not overbearing or pushy. We came in to look at a specific used car, test drove it and made the deal. I have already recommended your dealership to a co-worker (Bernadette Armbruster) who purchased a new car with you. We both are very happy with our cars and the experience.

Great experience- Taylor Hyundai Joe Logan was a great salesman and took care of all my needs. He was able to find exactly what I was looking for even though it took a lot of time. I appreciated the process of everyone at the dealership and their professional courtesy.
