Excellent service from Otto Was not expecting to go in there and even get approved, only expected used if anything. But Otto Smith helped me drive out of there In a brand new car. He did everything he could to make sure our experience with Taylor Hyundai was the very best. He achieved that, and then some. Professional, clean, friendly and trustworthy. I never took my cars to dealerships for service in the past because they were expensive, the waiting rooms smelled of gas and oil , and, it seemed they wanted to convince me to get something fixed that I had not come in for. perhaps a bait and switch Yesterday we think we fell fowl of a bait and switch at Taylor Hyundai Perrysburg. We are looking to replace my 1999 Oldsmobile Silhouette with a later model mini-van for my craftshows/markets. We have been looking and on Thursday night I received a telephone call from an AJ (salesman) at the above company saying he had a 2009 Chrysler Town & Country Touring. Took me ahead of scheduled time I really appreciated that they let me drive in early and gave me a quicker visit than I expected. The service is very efficient. They also provide lots of drinks and snacks, that makes it easy to wait.
