Out of the company’s I could of called I’m glad I called the Tax Hardship Center. Starr, Dolores and Sarah walked me through each step of the process, explaining to me what I needed to do next. Safinah K***** is AMAZING. She is 10 stars. THE REST OF TAX HARDSHIP IS 1 STAR. If you choose this service, ask for Safinah. I say this for the following reasons; Tax Hardship goes silent for months. They regularly communicate ONLY when you owe them money. Safinah however, follows through and send reminders as a matter of work ethic. Tax Hardship personnel, misread IRS documents and do not advise their clients well, except Safinah. Awesome experience with Tax Hardship Center! Working with Ari was a good experience as he was timely, educated and very responsive. Tax Hardship Center helps with all aspects of tax resolution including offers in compromise, installment agreements, penalty abatements, and assistance with IRS tax liens.

Tax Hardship Center is extremely committed to resolving your tax issues as I can attest to how patient they have been the entire time with all my inquiries and concerns. I have always received a call back especially from Sarah Rainer when I needed to hear back concerning what stage my case was in concerning their negotiations with the IRS. Be patient the process is time consuming and they continuously negotiate on your behalf for your individual tax resolution.
