Yes, I paid $3420.00 four the Texan hardship center to correct on Files years and to work with the IRS on my behalf. We were asked for information which we supplied . Provided docusign all documents needed. My wife and myself have made over 10 phone calls to the main number, and to the person that is supposed to be in charge of our case, the voicemail is under the name X and we have not received any return phone calls from anyone and we have left voicemail detailed messages every time we’ve called. Feeling very fortunate to have called them when I did. I was so scared IRS was going to put a lien on my house when I was barely making ends meet as a single mother. Feeling more at ease and protected. Thank GOODNESS!!!

I am very happy with Tax Hardship Center as they work out a deal with IRS and this resolved the problem. I have made a mistake in the taxes in 2019 and 2020 but they we able to give the IRS the information that was needed and my problems we solved Very Patient and works with the to Provide all the documents they needed to resolved this. Great Job !

We are having a poor experience with the company. The initial contact with the company was very positive. The staff was responsive and professional. The trouble started after we paid the enrollment fee. The attorney assigned to our case was very competent, but she stopped responding to calls and emails. After numerous attempts, we learned she was on leave and no one bothered to inform us. The second attorney was rude and unprofessional. He stopped responding to calls and emails as well.
