I felt like I was buried alive. I was beginning to think there was no where to turn; I’m grateful I found Tax Hardship Center when I did. Once I knew someone understood my situation and cared about me I was actually able to sleep again and regain focus on everything else I had going on in my busy life. I could never have dug out by myself; I tried. I’m a BIG fan!… I got my life back. They worked with me to find a manageable path where I’d almost given up… THANK YOU!

We were in a situation and needed help, we hired Tax Hardship Center to help us figure out the best solution for us. Not only did they help us get all the back taxes filed they were able to negotiate with the IRS and found a resolution for us. The fees were expensive but WORTH every penny. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with any tax issue. A Big thank you for Karla for her patience and negotiating skills.

It is a scam! I have tried to reach them for the help they said they’d do and they won’t respond!! Paid $4500! I’m so upset to be taken advantage of during such a difficult time. L** ******* and T*** who I initially talked to promised the moon to stop the interest I owe from growing and now nothing! I want someone to do what I paid them to do or refund the money I paid.

We hired the tax hardship company to help figure out how to settle several years of state and federal debt with the IRS. They promised us basically everything and yet I invited by everything they've needed paperwork copies and nothing has been done we now have received a warrant on any property I am working with the state to have this corrected. I called them because I needed help resolving my tax issues. I spoke with neil stein he assured me that they could definitely Help me with my text issues. And it would cost 3500 dollars, which we agreed to pay in 4 payments of 875 dolland the last payment was going to be on a different form of payment. Not only did he overdraft my bank account after we discussed. That I would be using a different form of payment. Now they don't answer the phone at all. They saved us over $15K in penalties, interest and taxes we would have paid because we didn’t know of allowable deductions that applied to our circumstances. I can now sleep at night knowing I am not going to be going to jail or paying back taxes the rest of my life. Every person we dealt with along the way was helpful, understanding and reassuring. Highly recommend, they earned every penny and more for about twice what we pay for turbo tax, which requires us to do all the work!

This is possibly the WORST company I have ever dealt with! After missing three appointments that THEY SET UP, and after some panic stress calls from us to talk with SOMEONE, ANYONE , they set us up with a new person! We called and were told she was at lunch and would call us as soon as she got back to the office. That was one and a half hours ago! Nothing again. Enter at your own risk. They do NOTHING - Literally my friend and I each paid them $600 for a review of our taxes. They did not even ask for any demographic information - "how then could they review your taxes?" They do not - instead, they take your money and return with the generic response - after you call to follow up - I have text messages to prove it - and then say that they will talk the IRS and put you in "a program" for hardship. I withdrew a fairly large sum of money back in 2012 to pay for some remodeling of my parents house. Unfortunately, I made a mistake by not having 20% withheld by the IRS at the time.
