This is an elaborate SCAM! Do not fall for this. I lost 3K and 4month of my time. The work on my case which is simply helping me get on a payment plan with IRS still hasn’t started 4 month after i paid a full fee. They switch you to a new agent as soon as your are done explaining your case to one. Until they simply stop replying!

To everyone affected by this Tax Scam please report it to the Treasury Inspector General Administration (TIGTA) and file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) through their Complaint Assistant to make the information available to investigators.
Initially, thought monthly payments were quite pricey; particularly since I was already experiencing hardship and still am. However, in sacrificing, was able to meet requirements and was well worth it. Tax Hardship Center saved me an incredible amount of money owed to IRS. Thank you

After all the BS they fed me. After paying them in full, no answers to numerous calls. Dealt with 4 different agents that was assigned to my case. IRS called me directly and asked if I had a phone number for tax hardship center. They attempted to get in contact with them to no avail. It’s been 1.5 years of them so called working on my tax debt. This company is deceitful and thieves. They don't follow up in a timely manner with IRS and your file will be closed by IRS due to no follow-ups from Tax Hardship. They stole my ?? ?? and we're now in dispute with my bank. DONOT HIRE THESE FAKE TAX ATTORNEYS.
