-Great sales guy Neal Stein -Was given inaccurate information when signing up. I was told the penalties and interest would be on hold until a payment agree could reached. This was completely untrue. - Was told they could help with an agreement that would eliminate interest. That was completely untrue. - I provided all the information requested of my and in 100 days was never responded to. After sending countless follow up emails and text messages. This was the worst experience ever . They took my money and did t help me. My account was sent to collections. The money I paid them could’ve went on my debit

On September 20, 2024, I had a conversation with M*** ******* to engage their services for resolving a tax matter. During our discussion, he informed me that an investigation would be conducted and that I would be provided with guidance on next steps. I was asked to make a payment of $509.85 to initiate the investigation, and a follow-up call was scheduled for September 24, 2024.
