-Great sales guy Neal Stein -Was given inaccurate information when signing up. I was told the penalties and interest would be on hold until a payment agree could reached. This was completely untrue. - Was told they could help with an agreement that would eliminate interest. This was the worst experience ever . They took my money and did t help me. My account was sent to collections. The money I paid them could’ve went on my debit
I'm very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of Safinah in preparing my returns. Safinah was courteous in her communications and very responsive during the process. I'm very happy with Safinah's work as well as the work of the entire organization.
Tax Hardship Center made my whole tax process very simple. They respond whenever you have a question and are very knowledgeable. I like the fact that they can provide good customer support while working to resolve my taxes.
On September 20, 2024, I had a conversation with M*** ******* to engage their services for resolving a tax matter. During our discussion, he informed me that an investigation would be conducted and that I would be provided with guidance on next steps. I was asked to make a payment of $509.85 to initiate the investigation, and a follow-up call was scheduled for September 24, 2024. They did an excellent job getting us back on track with our filings. Their staff was very professional and answered all of my questions quickly. I am very pleased with our outcome and the service they provided.

Out of the company’s I could of called I’m glad I called the Tax Hardship Center. Starr, Dolores and Sarah walked me through each step of the process, explaining to me what I needed to do next. My tax problems had me up at nights sleepless. The outcome of my tax problems resolved with a much better outcome than I could have hoped for. Safinah K***** is AMAZING. She is 10 stars. THE REST OF TAX HARDSHIP IS 1 STAR. If you choose this service, ask for Safinah. I say this for the following reasons; Tax Hardship goes silent for months. They regularly communicate ONLY when you owe them money. Safinah however, follows through and send reminders as a matter of work ethic. Tax Hardship personnel, misread IRS documents and do not advise their clients well, except Safinah.
