Without a doubt this company turn my life around. They took care of me from the beginning to the end, walk me through everything and explaining to me they were so great to work with can never thank them enough.
My experience with this company has been expensive but overall helpful. I have back taxes that I need to catch up on and I am a senior citizen and get confused and have a hard time finishing what I need to finish. Dolores and the Tax Hardship center were terrific! I had several years of un-filed taxes and they walked me through gathering all the info they needed then filed the returns. It was such a burden I was carrying that Dolores and team relieved me off. I should have contacted them sooner. Thank you so much; I highly recommend
I’m not a customer. I’ve never heard of this place before now because they just called me 4 times (back to back) and left two of the same AI voicemails saying that they are calling to check on a claim that I had filed. Putting this out there in case anyone else experienced this so there’s a record of it for y’all.
I reached out to them to get help with my owed taxes. I ended up not needing the service and had cancelled the service before it even started, and had quite honestly, begged them to make sure my card would not be charged the $500+ service fee. Again, they did zero work for me and I never used their services. Well they charged my card anyways and went M.I.A after that. Do they even realize how hard it is for people to call them when they are this low?! They want $500.00 to investigate and when I explained I don't have $500.00 and why the agent said call back when you have the money to investigate and hung up on me!
They were great and answered back in beginning. I paid upfront got all information. Now it's been over 6 months try to email and call for past 3 months no answers back. Email them that I was going to leave bad review on bbb still no answer back. This company is a scam if dont here back by Monday going to my Da office to report the fraud that they are committing. Not a reputable company they did not solve my problem with the irs and never got back to me after paying them 4000 dollars cash this is not a reputable company do not bother
