Good experience buying a preowned car at this dealership. I'm a hard guy to please and I demand a fair deal. My experience here: Salesman: easy going guy and a pleasant man. Sales manager: Good business man but a very fair man. A real pro. Finance manager: top-notch, personable, and also very good at what he does. If you're in the market for a preowned car you should consider Tate.
Contacted dealer as soon as car was on CG (but not yet listed on their website - still being inspected etc) and asked for pics. Wanted to put a temp deposit so the car would not get sold prior to going on their website. No deposit was allowed. Pics never came. Found out salesperson took PTO and never forwarded my info to another sales person. Car sold the next day.
Fast response and good contact. Couldnt go to the dealer but very responsive and friendly
Dealer responded quickly. I sent the "I'd like to know your best price for your" option in my response, and all they sent back was their original asking price and more pictures. Which I guess was their best price.
Sales guy called me 8 times in one day but would not give me a lease rate. Said they couldn't do that until I came in. But we live two hours away! I wasn't driving all that way if the vehiclr was something I could afford!
Not bad would not move on price any need to check used trucks out better before they sell them truck had leaking seals otherwise not bad
They were great!
Excellent goup of sales people who worked very hard to ensure that we got the deal done.
