I keep getting emails asking when I am coming into the dealership even after I specifically said I am not interested in the vehicle because it had 2 front end collisions.
Very disappointed with their professionalism, drove an hour just for them to tell me their manager can't do the deal because the sales person I was dealing with no longer work there and he did not mention anything about the terms we agreed upon.
I went to Tates with the plan on driving away in the Challenger I wanted.. Things did not work out in my favor, but I left with smaller, more efficient Elantra. Sporty look, better gas mileage, reasonable pricing.. Mr. Rick Moffett was a Good Salesman, and helped with the finance manager to get me into what, was reasonable and affordable, seeing as though I had no credit history. I will be returning to Tates on my next purchase
Horrible experience. Drove 2.5 hours only to get jerked around. We had an agreement on trade-in value which they had the finance manager renege. Don't waste your time with these shyster's!

Eager salesman, the car I was supposed to test drive that morning was sold the nite before. Sales did not call me; therefore I drove 50 miles for naught.
