They price they advertise is not the price when you contact them, " I can not take the Zurich Shield off. If I take it off my discount will also decrease." so basically they put on a $1500 add on. to me this seems to be common place anymore with dealerships. I probably know more then any sales person they have so I don't want to go in and spend a whole day wasting my time so I prefer Online shopping but then again when you actually can't get the truck for what they are advertising it, is very deceptive.
Sales rep responded quickly to my inquiry. I questioned the condition of the car I was interested in and rep offered to send additional pictures. Would recommend this dealership.
The dealer lied about having the truck that Car Gurus was advertising just to get me to the dealership.

I feel this dealer is false advertising. I was interested in this jeep which is listed at 31,490 I even called the sales person making sure it was available ( maybe I should have confirmed out the door price) when I get to the dealer he prints out the final price which included some kind of paint and dent protect, tracker in case the car is stolen and other add on that brought the price to 39k ( this did including tax and tile ) but he would not sell car unless I was willing to pay for all the add ons that I did not need or ... read more

Didn't seem honest.didnt answer questions.pushy
Did not seem to take us seriously when trying to buy online from a different state. Had to have the manager assist because the dealer did not know what he was doing. Very frustrating that they put out a quote for delivery three days after my wife and I signed the contract. So it's been about a and I felt there was no urgency to help us. Very disappointing.
