The sales contact via email, would’t answer my question about what extra charges would I have to pay. The dealer’s email contact sent emails to try and pressure me to come in first and talked about “possible” cash incentives. I ended up getting a better deal at another dealership. Their contact person wasn’t pushy and most importantly, answered my questions. The advertised price and a dealer charge of $300 was all I paid.

One email. They told me the vehicle was sold.
Said car couldn't be sold because it couldn't pass Maryland inspection. I said just give me a price "as is" and they never responded"

Prompt reply to my inquiry, but vehicle sold before I could go up and test drive it. Salesperson was very professional and did NOT waste my time

Drove almost an hour to test drive this vehicle and was unable to because apparently the finance manager had taken the vehicle home. Not a good way to conduct business. Will be taking our business elsewhere.
