Brian ******** called out of the blue to check up on us and ask if we had any issues. We had a couple of minor issues which he resolved quickly and professionally. We've had our credit card processing service with these guys since 2009 and we couldn't be happier with their service!!!
One of the fraud company no clarification on charges that they do every month from your statement and auto deduct money as well as they tell you that they process on .05% but actual its 5% , they hold money , they never support you keep writing emails or keep doing calls they have eaten our lot of money and we would never recommend them any one never process with them people.They are bi time fraud.
Vonda answered by distress call and calmly took care of all my needs. Every company would be much better of if they all had a Vonda!

Had the privilege of talking with Vickie **** and found her as every other Talus Payment employee that I have had communication with concerning the needs of my business to be super helpful and professional. Vickie was very pleasant in working out my needs! As a VERY satisfied customer for over ten years I highly recommend Talus payments for a company that did all that they said they would and never once has our company had any regrets while doing business with them! Today I had the pleasure of working with Deryl ******** ** and he was able to walk me through the procedure to check my phone line. We set up a new printer yesterday and used the existing phone cord and I think that is why I couldn't process a customers credit card. He had the knowledge that was needed to walk through the authorization process and even waited on the line while I ran the credit card. Devon in tech support has to be the best when it comes to costumer service and solving a problem. She has gone over and beyond to help me on several occasions and it's things like that that has me spreading the word about Talus.
