Darryl was very helpful and knowledgeable with our issues. Went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and our business was back on track.

William *** quickly helped me to set up my portal to Talus so I could retrieve my monthly statements.
I talked with Priscilla, today and she went over and aboard helping me with my concerns, even though we were on the phone for a lengthy time. She was very patient and kind in dealing with this old lady and I really appreciate her willing to continue until we found the problem. I can only hope I can get back in next time but if not, I'm gonna get her on speed dial, lol. Thank you again for helping me today, we have been with Talus for several years and have had very few problems.
The representative was very apologetic that I had to call and gave me the information I needed to quickly resolve the issue I had.
