They came to me with high pressure tactic saying that we had an appointment, which was not true. I did agree to talk to them and they did come up with a great price after a couple meetings. When I asked for the great quote in writing, it came back as a letterhead statement and failed to mention key points, like rates. They then revised the letter still being somewhat vague but said the contract would cover it all so I decided to try them. The "contract" was riddled with errors such as rates and price breakdowns. i again called Talus Pay to speak with an agent over the phone to ask a few questions about my bill-he helped me to understand my statement and I informed him that one service that I thought we would use we are not using and they removed that service from my bill. On another call I asked several questions to learn how to run my machine when card is not present and they walked me through the process so that I would not have the higher fees. Each time I have a question or concern , whether it be tech support , PCI Team or in my case today with payments , VONDA **** was very informative and even offered additional options that will Benefit the company I work for ,she's was very professional yet down to earth , I get calls everyday from salespeople that are aggressively trying to get us to switch Processing company's.......I dont even entertain those calls anymore!

I'm a little impatient with the length of time that it is taking to update the site, but lucky for me I got in touch with Monica and she helped me out with getting my statements. She was very apologetic for the inconvenience and made it right for me within the hour. Great or even good customer service is rare these days, so it was refreshing to hear a happy, positive voice from Monica.

Vonda answered all of my questions to satisfactions , but still I'm upset that I can't print what I need off each month myself, they do fax it to me at my request , going on for least three months. Always say they are working on it.
