Monica was very helpful and made the changes I needed to make easy.
William has the misfortune to answer my call while I was in a frantic state. He was very professional and personable and allowed me to rant and rave while I suffered through a technical glitch that put my bank account in overdraft. I appreciate his kindness and my account was fixed.
Today I spoke with Talus employee William *** and was grateful for his help but most I was grateful for his kindness.
For the past year and a half I have been working with Talus and I can't say enough good things about their customer service. I was new to the retail business so sometimes I had questions for the tech department and most of the time with the customer service department. Great customer services from William today. Addressed my issue quickly and pleasantly.
I haven't been able to export and print my statements anymore. I had called and talked to a couple of other people to try and help me with getting my statements. One person said that they couldn't email my statements to me that I needed and that they would have to be mailed to the address on the account. I finally got the statements but some of the statements didn't have any information on them. I have been going on the website and trying to export my statements but still not working. I had a major problem with the IRS. Starting back on X-XX-XX I tried to get the matter resolved and someone really dropped the ball. After being promised help by 3 or 4 different people, I finally received the help I needed from Vonda. She could not have done a more professional job. She promised to take care of the matter and she did just that for me. I could not have been more pleased. She is an obvious credit to your organization. Thank you Vonda.
