We left talus only for connivence for our office staff. Our new system integrates with our records system. However, in the two and a half years that we had them, I had nothing but exceptional service. Specifically this last time, Ms. Vonda L. went above and beyond to help me solve a problem that was actually FEDEX's fault. They lost the terminal! She was able to get our money refunded to us. She was so kind and efficient! Talus has great employees!
I have used Talus for the past five years for my restaurant business. Service has always been excellent when I called for assistance especially today when I needed to inquire about transactions on my statement. I spoke with "Vonda" who was what I consider outstanding.
