Mr. ******* *** provided excellent customer service for my business. He even guided me through the process to make sure I understood.
Some confusion with the set up of the account. They sis not seem to know what was explained during the call. I was offered $50 "reimbursement" but I actually lost a lot more.

Lionel ****** has been absolutely amazing helping us get all set up! The transition from our previous company over to this couldn't have gone smoother thanks to him. Harlee ******** was also great to work with over the phone setting up our machine once we received it. Which was in record time! Definitely recommend this company to ANYONE looking!
Was using another company but having real trouble getting any service help. Just signed up with Talus and was a little wary but now that I am completely set up not only do I have great service but my rates have gone down by almost half and my overall fees are much less. Debra Haney was a delight to work with while setting up my account. I think it took me all of five minutes to get it set up and running. Thanks Deborah.
