Our merchant terminal was in a loop. Debi ***** knew immediately what was wrong and how to fix it when I described the messages I was seeing on the terminal. She told me what we were going to do to fix it. She described the unique/foreign button I would need to use and then efficiently walked me through the process. The machine reset and all is well. Our credit card machine went down today. I simply called Talus and Sarah ******* answered my call. She knew exactly what was wrong with my machine and walked me step by step through the process to get it back up and running. The call took less than 10 minutes and my machine was ready for payments again. I can't thank ***** enough. She was very pleasant to work with.
