We had numerous issues getting our account set up. I spend a long time on the phone during several calls waiting for the "right" person to help me. When I finally found the person the service was fabulous. The follow up call from the core support agent hit the service home. She was very helpful, apologetic and listened to my issues, and I have no doubt she will be passing my comments along. Had I not had so many issues in the beginning I would have rated five stars.

Monica was very nice and also helpful to me. She also told me about a new program that I could get into. She explained everything to me very clearly so I understood how it works. She definitely is an asset to the company. Also every time I called in I spoke to Rami or Vonda and they also were very nice and helpful.
