I received an email informing me of a problem with my credit card processor. I called for technical assistance but was unable to leave a message because my phone chose that moment to die. I was pleasantly surprised when Dylan ***** called me back within thirty minutes. He quickly helped me resolve the issue. Thank you, keep up the good work!
We have been using Talus for our in house merchant processing for a year and a half. They are the best merchant processing company I have used in more than 20 years. Smaller merchants such as ourselves (less than $100,000 per year in card processing) generally pay higher rates than we pay with Talus and have to put up with non-responsive customer service. Their service has been as good as anyone could ask.

The POS is very user friendly, the setup had a little hiccup, however using better internet and the help of the support rep Dylan *****, I was able to get it set up for my business!

Terrible service. Hidden fees. Difficult to get anybody on the phone. Lied to get me to sign up. $300 to cancel. Absolutely ridiculous.
