Thank you for calling us yesterday regarding the Talus Pay update. I had tried to get through after you sent the email but the wait was interminable. Although the original caller spent some time trying to get us updated, and even had her supervisor assist, we could never get the darn thing to update. She put us on a call back, which happened the same day. Deryl was wonderful!!! Our company received a new credit card terminal from Talus Pay, but we had problems processing charges using our new terminal. We called Talus Pay and received a call back within minutes. Talus Pay representative, Deryl, hung in there with me (over 2 hours) until he got the problem solved. When he found he could not resolve the problem, he went up the supervisor ladder until he found someone to help us rectify the situation. Thank you Talus Pay, Deryl was very helpful and a joy to work with.
