This company with no notice just stopped supporting the merchant processing platform we have used for many many years. The dozens of credit cards that were saved were no longer available! We made countless phone calls every day for a week and got no where. Many reps said there was nothing that could be done to saved lost data. The rep said we were notified by email! We have been trying to set up the new websites Talus has changed to for the past three days and we still have not been able to process our credit card payments. Apparently they rolled out this new platform before the support people knew how to make it work. We have talked to several different people, and most have been very nice to work with, but we still can't process any credit card payments. Very frustrating!
