MERCHANT BEWARE!!!!! I only had this product for 3 weeks and nothing but problems. I have been trying to get my monies for ten days. It was all lies and no one knew anything. Everyone passed the buck on everyone else and was the worst experience ever. I still do not have my money, They claimed to have overnighted it on Wednesday and it was a lie they never issued a check to begin with. MERCHANT BEWARE!!!!!

Less Hassle than other CC Processors that I have dealt with. Good Rates and Prompt Deposits. Customer Service has been Prompt and Personal. Laketia was Easy to Understand, Understood what I needed and sent Forms within 2 minutes.

This is an awful company!!! They pushed hard to convince me I would save money on my merchant transaction fees. I was ALSO told by their lying salesman that they had a keypad on order that would integrate with my Quickbooks POS system. After 4 months of their lying about the keypad being shipped to me soon, they finally told me that there ISN'T a keypad that exists that will work with their crappy system. Consequently, I had to switch my merchant service back to Quickbooks. STAY AWAY from these liars. they are unethical
