We have been with this company for many years under multiple business names, but for the most part they have been a good company to use for our card processing needs. The reason we closed our account is because of another company who doesn't have all the extra fees on a bill at the end of the month. They did offer some incentives to stay with them, but at this time we feel it's best to try a different way of processing. We worked with Brieanne (Customer Care/Client Services) in the past several weeks to obtain detailed information on our TalusPay account. She is courteous, extremely knowledgable, and was very prompt in addressing our requests.
Spoke with Brieanne today from Client Services, along with Account Manager Nathan. Both did an excellent job. Brieanne heard & understood my frustration and concerns - was quick to identify where the issue was and to get Nathan involved in the conversation as well. There are still a few steps to take to resolve the overall concern, but feel we are on the right track.
Patience was great with setting up our Credit Card Machine and walking me thru their dashboards. Was quick and easy.
I spent the last 2 days trying to get on my portal. Voda tried and tried, talked to people and tried some more. We finally made it work the next day. I want to comment on her good work with me. She stayed with the problem over and above what anyone else would do, talking me through all the steps, and was very patient. I cannot thank her enough for this above and beyond customer service from you all.
