Today I had the pleasure of working with Deryl ******** ** and he was able to walk me through the procedure to check my phone line. We set up a new printer yesterday and used the existing phone cord and I think that is why I couldn't process a customers credit card. He had the knowledge that was needed to walk through the authorization process and even waited on the line while I ran the credit card.
