Each time I have a question or concern , whether it be tech support , PCI Team or in my case today with payments , VONDA **** was very informative and even offered additional options that will Benefit the company I work for ,she's was very professional yet down to earth , I get calls everyday from salespeople that are aggressively trying to get us to switch Processing company's.......I dont even entertain those calls anymore!

I'm a little impatient with the length of time that it is taking to update the site, but lucky for me I got in touch with Monica and she helped me out with getting my statements. She was very apologetic for the inconvenience and made it right for me within the hour. Great or even good customer service is rare these days, so it was refreshing to hear a happy, positive voice from Monica.

Vonda answered all of my questions to satisfactions , but still I'm upset that I can't print what I need off each month myself, they do fax it to me at my request , going on for least three months. Always say they are working on it.

William has the misfortune to answer my call while I was in a frantic state. He was very professional and personable and allowed me to rant and rave while I suffered through a technical glitch that put my bank account in overdraft. I appreciate his kindness and my account was fixed.

For the past year and a half I have been working with Talus and I can't say enough good things about their customer service. I was new to the retail business so sometimes I had questions for the tech department and most of the time with the customer service department. All of which are patient, polite and really do care about solving whatever issue you may have. Today I had the pleasure of talking with Arianne ****** to follow up on an issue I had on Monday. I haven't been able to export and print my statements anymore. I had called and talked to a couple of other people to try and help me with getting my statements. One person said that they couldn't email my statements to me that I needed and that they would have to be mailed to the address on the account. I finally got the statements but some of the statements didn't have any information on them. I have been going on the website and trying to export my statements but still not working.
