Was having issues with the setup of the credit card machine. Was walked through the process and found that the credit card machine was defective. Very helpful and offered a solution of replacing credit card machine. Was very satisfied with the assistance from *****.

First. Casey was extremely helpful. We have used Talus for many years. We just switched to the customer percentage machine and it's taken a little getting used too. However the tech and customer support is top-notch. We have been approached many times by other companies trying to get us to change providers but we're sticking with Talus mainly because of the amazing support they provide.
