I sent an email and a customer service person called immediately to help me. He was VERY HELPFUL and went back and forth with Tech Support to help get my problem resolved. HE WAS AWESOME!
I had a real hard time logging into my account, but it had to be me. I'm not that good on computers, I told **** ****** about it and he tried to help me, he was very patient but it still wouldn't work. He asked what I was looking for! I told him. He said no problem. I will email last year's statements for both business, and he did. I am so thankful. Thank You **** for the help.
