On January 13, 2022 Brian T******* was extremely helpful when I called to cancel our account with Talus as we had sold our business. He promptly emailed me the form I needed and the label to use to return our machine.
Yesterday, after coming back from vacation, my boss needed me to verify that the charges were processed properly in my absence. Thankfully, my call was taken by Vonda. She was pleasant and patient with me while we navigated the verification of a few charges and refunds.
