I think they are one of the better companies to deal with on credit card processing. They always answer my questions and give me answers for every one of them. The phone operators usually know the answer and very seldom do you get shuffled around. The staff is always friendly and actually seem happy to help.
I just spoke with Priscilla who was a pleasure to deal with! She was friendly and went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly patient! It made my day to deal with someone as wonderful as her. Give her a raise!!!
