I had a major problem with the IRS. Starting back on X-XX-XX I tried to get the matter resolved and someone really dropped the ball. After being promised help by 3 or 4 different people, I finally received the help I needed from Vonda. She could not have done a more professional job. She promised to take care of the matter and she did just that for me. I could not have been more pleased. She is an obvious credit to your organization. Thank you Vonda.

Brian ******** called out of the blue to check up on us and ask if we had any issues. We had a couple of minor issues which he resolved quickly and professionally. We've had our credit card processing service with these guys since 2009 and we couldn't be happier with their service!!!
One of the fraud company no clarification on charges that they do every month from your statement and auto deduct money as well as they tell you that they process on .05% but actual its 5% , they hold money , they never support you keep writing emails or keep doing calls they have eaten our lot of money and we would never recommend them any one never process with them people.They are bi time fraud.
Vonda answered by distress call and calmly took care of all my needs. Every company would be much better of if they all had a Vonda!
