i cancelled our talus the beginning of last month and they are still taking money out of my account! i have been unable to get in touch with anyone and i want my almost $300 back! i have email proof that it was cancelled.

Great customer service. Timely answers to any issues with terminals. They even sent me a new updated terminal earlier this year when one I had wasn't working any longer. Usually they can update over the phone (as long as you can push buttons!) Have traded credit card processing companies several times in the past 20 years, but have been with Talus for a long time and plan to stay right here. Best customer service ever. I phoned Talus to discuss why my monthly service charge for credit card processing had jumped almost 2x what it was on previous months. I spoke with Talus service representative Vonda. Vonda was professional, understanding of my concerns, and clarified what I need to do to bring my monthly service charge back down.
