The representative who assisted me was extremely helpful and very caring of our needs. Her name is Vonda ***** She went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of properly and efficiently. I was so pleased. I had the best experience ever with a company that I needed to get step by step set up using technology. I started new business and never worked a cash register system in my life. I have twice over the last few years tried other companies and switched back to Talus. Nobody beats their cost to me. I recently got tricked in to trying someone else by my former office manager who was trying to help out the young eager sales rep. After 2 months I switched back. First of ,like I said no body beats the cost. Secondly, nobody beats the customer service and today is a fine example of that.
