I thank God for your employee Delano ********* who helped me in obtaining a much better rate than I had for so many years that I was a customer of yours. When I asked him what the fees would include, he made it very clear to me and nothing was ambiguous about how he spoke. He will be saving us money in the future, which made us very happy!

Delano, Helped our company out with Rates and really went above and beyond to explain everything and how it all works. He was so helpful, especially after another acct. mngr. said she would look into our concerns and give us a call back but it had been 3 weeks since then and no word, so I called back today and Delano was able to help us out in a matter of 20min! He gave Excellent customer service!
