Delano, Helped our company out with Rates and really went above and beyond to explain everything and how it all works. He was so helpful, especially after another acct. mngr. said she would look into our concerns and give us a call back but it had been 3 weeks since then and no word, so I called back today and Delano was able to help us out in a matter of 20min! He gave Excellent customer service!

She corrected the issue with my machine very efficiently. She was patient and friendly, which is hard to find with customer service departments these days!
