Very helpful and great service assisting me with an update for our system. Janson is by far the BEST customer service rep that I have ever spoke with. He is knowledgeable and just an upbeat fun person to deal with.

Talus is a great company. They are always very helpful when I have had to call with questions or issues ( which doesn't happen often, very reliable). I had been receiving emails about an important update for my device, and Debi ***** called me to get it all taken care of so I wouldn't have to worry about any interruptions. She was very kind and efficient and it only took minutes and we were done. I highly recommend Talus!
